Job summary

Qualifications

• High school level of knowledge and basic HVAC coursework completed.
• Minimum of three years of HVAC trade experience.
• Ability to operate a variety of plant equipment, hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment operation and repair.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadline pressures and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains and troubleshoots all HVAC systems.
• Monitors cooling and heating zones to maintain comfort levels.
• Inspects HVAC equipment and control systems for proper operation and cleanliness.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Maintains documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with other staff on projects as assigned.
