Instant A/C & Electric, based in Wesley Chapel, FL, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install, service, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings.

You will join a small but growing team, with opportunities for career development, on-site work, and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. EPA certification is required, and a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal certification is required.
• 4+ years HVAC service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Must have basic hand tools and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of city/county codes.
• Able to work independently and on-call.
• Willing to learn and adapt to company protocols.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Able to crawl, climb and work in attics/roofs.
• Experience with scheduling and invoicing software.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair HVAC systems in homes and businesses.
• Perform maintenance and repair on various HVAC systems.
• Work on residential and commercial equipment.
• Maintain the company vehicle in good order.
• Manage stock of parts, tools, and safety gear.
• Travel to job sites and communicate scheduling delays to customers.
• Discuss AC issues with homeowners and upsell accessories or new systems.
• Generate invoices and process payments on-site.
• Participate in training opportunities; coach apprentices.
