Peck and Weis in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician for full-time, on-site work. You will service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment including hydronic systems, ensuring safety and high-quality service.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, problem-solving ability, and a valid driver’s license. Expect 40–50 hours per week with on-call overtime potential; company vehicle provided and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to service and maintain HVAC systems effectively.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems, boilers and furnaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Working outdoors at times, climbing ladders, heavy lifting.
• 40 to 50 hours per week may need to work extra hours during on-call shifts or to complete repairs.

Lake Geneva’s premier heating, cooling, plumbing and electric contractor, Peck and Weis is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time HVAC Service Technician. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician that is looking to improve and excel in this fast-paced field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, including experience with residential, light commercial including hydronic systems. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and service of HVAC equipment in various settings, ensuring optimal performance while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
