Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in the United States is seeking an HVAC Technician 1 who delivers portable HVAC equipment, installs and trains customers on proper operation, and helps keep the shop organized and safe.

The role requires 1–2 years in a service-related customer-facing position, basic math skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends during peak times.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a service-related role interacting with customers.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to work some after hours and weekend work during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and installs rented HVAC equipment and trains the authorized operator on safe use.
• Communicates professionally with customers, managers and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pickups and service calls.
• Directs customers to sign appropriate paperwork and keeps track of serial numbers.
• Cleans and tests returned equipment; completes paperwork for deliveries, pickups and service calls.
