Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior HVAC technician experience, and a valid driver's license. NATE certification is preferred but not required; training for career growth is provided.

Job Duties

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoots HVAC malfunctions and determines extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred not required
• Strong communication skills and technical competence
• Clean driving record
