Job summary

Canfield Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking a motivated HVAC Service Technician - Residential in Michigan to join our growing team. You will diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 2+ years HVAC service experience, a HVAC degree or equivalent certification, and a valid driver's license. We offer competitive hourly pay, up to $10k sign-on, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k, paid

Qualifications

• 2+ Years HVAC service experience (required).
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid drivers’ license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to policies.
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS.
