Summit North LLC, a San Jose-based HVAC services provider, is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician for full-time employment. You will perform routine maintenance, install and repair HVAC systems, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance for residential and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years experience as HVAC Technician or similar role required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems for residential and commercial settings.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment; operating tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Install, replace, and service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct energy audits and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Ensure safety regulations compliance and maintain a clean workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all work and materials used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and safety protocols.
