Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced EPA-certified HVAC technicians to join our contractor network for residential service calls and installation projects. We offer direct work opportunities through established residential and property management partnerships in the United States, with flexible scheduling for full-time and part-time opportunities.

Ideal candidates own HVAC tools, have reliable transportation, and reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required for all technicians.
• Active general liability insurance (COI) required.
• Own HVAC tools and reliable transportation; valid driver's license; must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment.
• Complete first-visit service calls within approved NTE limits.
• Submit estimates for larger or multi-visit repairs when required.
• Perform HVAC system replacements and installation projects.
• Maintain communication and work order updates through the mobile portal system.
• Coordinate with dispatch and provide job status updates as needed.
• Materials for approved jobs are provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance.
