Red Lilly Plumbing, Inc. seeks a skilled HVAC Technician to install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in homes or commercial settings in the Los Angeles area.

You should have prior HVAC service experience, EPA certification, and be comfortable working independently while still being a strong team player; a valid driver’s license and a positive, customer‑driven attitude are essential; base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA Certification
• Experience with operation and maintenance of unitary, split and ductless systems
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
• NATE certification a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts, or refilling refrigerants
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Replace ductwork
• Air Balance
