Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities. You will perform proactive testing, scheduled maintenance, and basic repairs to ensure system reliability and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electrical or pneumatic control systems for building HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes and safety rules.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for modifications.
  • Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
  • Perform duties as described by defined procedures and processes under supervision.
  • Deliver output by following defined methods and processes.
