Job summary

Tremco in Missouri is seeking several motivated technicians to support our Summer projects. Our mission is "healthy buildings, healthy people" and all levels of experience will be considered. Technicians will clean, sanitize, and restore commercial HVAC systems, including duct cleaning, coil cleaning/steaming, and protective coatings.

Training and growth opportunities are available for those new to the trade. We offer benefits such as mandatory overtime, lodging, and per diem.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates considered with willingness to learn.
• Experience or vocational training in commercial construction or HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restore commercial HVAC systems, including duct cleaning, coil cleaning/steaming, and protective coatings.
• Assist with related maintenance tasks and support field teams.
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and safely.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20-$22. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
