The role offers year-round, full-time work with strong earning potential. Candidates should have HVAC experience, EPA universal certification, a valid TD LR license, and the ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Ideal Candidate:
• Experienced HVAC technician with a solid background in residential service, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related comfort systems
• EPA certification universal & TDLR preferred
• Clean driving record and dependable transportation
• Able to navigate attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging work areas safely
• Capable of handling the physical demands of the trade, including lifting and carrying HVAC materials and equipment*
