As an HVAC Technician at Curaleaf, you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems critical to our cannabis cultivation, processing, and storage facilities. You will work closely with cultivation and operations teams to ensure precise temperature, humidity, and airflow control, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and supporting efficient plant growth.
Regular standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, reaching, climbing, balance, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling are required. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. The role involves exposure to dust, pollen, plant pathogens, confined spaces, high‑stress tolerance, adaptability, and flexibility in a changing environment.
