Teya Development is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems across federal facilities in Arizona, including Land Ports of Entry and courthouses. The role requires strong troubleshooting and the ability to work independently in mission-critical environments.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and familiarity with BAS controls.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting capability, understands complex mechanical systems, and can operate independently in a mission-critical environment.
