Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a regional position and candidates should reside in the Grand Junction, Colorado area.

Core responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing components, performing regular maintenance, responding to calls (including after hours), and completing daily reports.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

Physical/Work Environment

At Pearce safety is our number one concern. Candidates must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards.

• Candidates should reside in the Grand Junction, Colorado area.
• Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion.
• Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.
• Occasional overnights required-company pays all travel costs and provides per diem.
• Driving to remote work sites as needed.
• Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
• Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
• Will be required to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.

Compensation

Compensation: $30.00-$38.00 hourly/DOE At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location. In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation. We also offer all full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, 401k with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and professional development courses. This pay range reflects our commitment to pay equity and compliance with state and federal pay transparency laws. Base Pay Range: $30 USD - $38 USD
