Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to serve and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on cell tower sites. This fast‑paced role is best suited for self‑directed, highly motivated individuals who are willing to travel and eager to grow in the telecom industry. Candidates must reside in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area.
$30.00–$38.00 hourly (DOE). The pay range reflects our commitment to pay equity and compliance with state and federal pay transparency laws. In addition to wages, employees may be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem, or other applicable compensation.
