We are hiring HVAC Service Technicians to help maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.

This role involves hands‑on work in demanding environments, and we are committed to keeping safety the top priority every day.

To support work‑life balance, our typical schedule is Monday through Friday, usually from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some longer days may be required from time to time, and we keep them to a minimum. The on‑call schedule is simple and rotates fairly.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check
• EPA certification required
• Self‑motivated professionals who can work independently and collaborate effectively with the team
• Own hand tools and HVAC diagnostic tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of full‑time HVAC repair experience
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
