Campus Services Group (CSG) is hiring an HVAC Technician to perform HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair to keep campus facilities safe and comfortable. The role requires hands-on work across building trades and routine system inspections within Greenwich, CT.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of HVAC experience, CMMS software familiarity, and HVAC/R certification with a refrigerant license. A valid driver's license is required and on-site work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units; troubleshoot, install, repair, and replace as needed.
• Conduct HVAC inspections and change filters as needed.
• Repair and maintain buildings and facilities.
• Complete set-ups and tear-downs for scheduled campus events.
• Perform general maintenance using basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, appliance repair, and electrical wiring.
• Operate and maintain tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities.
• Remove snow with shovels, blowers, and plows when necessary.
• Provide logistical support for campus activities and maintain a safe, clean, and conducive environment for learning.
• Assist with fire drills, lockdowns, and other safety exercises.
• Assist in managing traffic flow and parking throughout the campus.
• Perform on-call duties as needed/assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of HVAC experience and general maintenance.
• Experience in one or more building trades and CMMS software.
• HVAC/R Certification and Refrigerant License required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Enjoy working independently and as part of a team; flexible and dependable.
• Ability to walk for long periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Work from ladders, climb stairs and perform tasks that require bending, reaching, and crawling.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Sit at a desk working on a computer as needed.
• Must provide a criminal background check.
