Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a field-based HVAC technician to provide residential and light commercial heating and cooling services with a safety-first, customer-focused approach.

You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems, respond to emergency service calls, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards while documenting findings and explaining repair options to customers.
