Job Description
Any applicant must be able to install, troubleshoot, maintain, diagnose and repair various commercial HVAC systems including low temp and ultra-low temp freezers, environmental growth chambers, fume hoods, hydronic heating, steam humidifiers and various other equipment common to central utility plants, office spaces and laboratory settings. Chiller operational experience desired. Building Management Systems and DDC experience a plus. Much of the day will be spent performing preventive maintenance tasks and completing work requests for building occupants. Must be a self-starter and be able to work alone. Superior customer service skills are a must.
