Job summary

Neil Slattery Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician in Farmingdale, NJ. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, heading out into the community as the face of the company.

This role offers a $1,500 signing bonus, a steady full-time schedule, and comprehensive benefits including PTO and insurance. You’ll join a supportive team with ongoing training and growth opportunities across Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an HVAC Technician (3+ years preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• 3+ years of driving experience
• Reliability, positive attitude, strong work ethic
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Willingness to learn and grow through weekly training
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair, install and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Visit customers’ homes and workplaces to perform tasks and diagnose issues.
• Provide top-notch service and build trust with customers.
