Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our field team. The role focuses on maintenance, repairs, and installations across residential and commercial properties, delivering reliable service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, at least 2 years in HVAC or appliance repair, owns tools and a reliable vehicle, and holds EPA HVAC certification. Location in the US and ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC, Appliance repair work
• Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
• Must complete a short onboarding interview.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently
• MUST be located in the US
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs (mandatory under new refrigerant regulations)
• Strong professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across trades; welding is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We are looking for some dynamic technicians who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide better service in the field.

• Welding experience is a plus point.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
