Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Technician role based in Cleveland, OH. The HVAC Technician installs, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, following safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing routine inspections, completing preventive maintenance, and recommending repair or replacement options to customers. The role involves interacting directly with customers to explain findings, provide service estimates, and ensure a clean and orderly work area after each visit. The HVAC Technician also completes required documentation, uses company tools and technology for dispatch and reporting, and collaborates with team members and supervisors to meet service goals.
