KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service and maintain HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize performance of medium to large systems on-site.

The role requires EPA Universal Certification, OSHA awareness, and strong communication with clients. A journeyman license is preferred but not required. Clean driving record and on-site work attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC service experience is required.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and controls.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Journeyman’s license is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read technical documentation and communicate with customers and teammates.
• Self-starter with a team-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
