Base pay range

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of HVAC systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide timely solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree in HVAC technology preferred
  • Valid HVAC license and e.g., EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
