Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC technician with a thorough understanding of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot complex system problems, perform installations and preventative maintenance, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to safety procedures, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems to industry standards and company specifications.
• Conduct system performance tests, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Work with building management systems and controls to optimize system operation and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Complete accurate service reports, maintain parts inventories, and document work in maintenance software.
• Deliver professional customer service, explain findings and recommended repairs, and keep clients informed throughout service calls.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or trade certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with HVACR systems, including split and package systems.
