Jetson Home Inc. is seeking a highly motivated HVAC installer lead to head an install crew in the Dallas area. You will remove gas equipment, install heat pump systems, and collaborate with engineering to improve products and processes.

We value strong English communication, team leadership, and solid HVAC knowledge. This full-time, in-person role offers robust benefits and opportunities to train teammates on Jetson equipment and procedures.

Formación

• Proven experience as install team member and team lead.
• NATE and Section 608 certifications preferred.
• BPI certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in the Denver area.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and English communications.
• Follows OSHA safety standards and LOTO procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Remove existing HVAC equipment.
• Install new heat pump systems.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and replacing filters.
• Test heat pump systems for proper functionality.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes during installation/repair.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineering teams on product and processes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns.
• Train team members on Jetson equipment and install procedures.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an extremely motivated and passionate HVAC installer who would like to be a part of an exciting new company looking to fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry. As the lead of an install crew, we are looking for individuals with deep residential install experience to help guide a lesser experienced HVAC Technician. You will be responsible for removing gas furnaces and installing heat pump systems, and collaborating with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.

What You Will Do:

• Remove existing HVAC equipment
• Install new heat pump systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
• Test heat pump systems to ensure proper functionality
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes when installing or repairing systems
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineering teams on the product and processes
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
• Train team members on the Jetson equipment and install procedures

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as an install team member and team lead
• HVAC NATE and Section 608 certification preferred
• BPI certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in the Denver area
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communications and customer service skills
• Follows OSHA Electrical Standard
• Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard

Job Type:** **Full-time, permanent

Pay: $43- $48 per hour
