Job summary

Integra Testing Services is seeking a hands-on TAB technician to test, adjust, and balance air and hydronic HVAC systems to meet project specifications and industry standards.

You will read mechanical drawings, specifications, and control schematics, ensuring accurate documentation of all testing activities and results. The role requires precision, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• NEBB or AABC certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong math skills including balancing calculations.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, specifications, control schematics, and SOWs.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Test, adjust, and balance HVAC systems (air and hydronic) to meet design specs.
• Inspect systems to verify compliance with plans and identify performance issues.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, control schematics, and equipment data.
• Accurately document all testing, adjusting, and balancing activities using project reporting procedures.
