Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher is required.
• Ability to work safely and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Respond to field calls with accurate documentation and measurements.
• Willingness to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Test, adjust, balance, and verify HVAC system performance in commercial and industrial facilities.
• Document field data, project status, and scope of completion accurately.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot test equipment and dampers to achieve balance.
• Coordinate with technicians and communicate project expectations on-site.
