Job summary

re:fab is expanding its subcontractor network in Central Florida and actively onboarding licensed, experienced HVAC subcontractors. If you have a reliable insured truck or van and hold the necessary GL/WC insurance, you may participate in residential or commercial projects with potential for ongoing assignments.

Qualified trade partners should provide trade specialty, service area, years in business, license details and crew size for consideration—plus participate in our August 2026 Meet & Greet

Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC subcontractors with crews welcomed.
• Residential and/or commercial project experience preferred.
• Must have reliable insured vehicle and current GL/WC coverages.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a subcontractor on HVAC projects.
• Collaborate with re:fab team to coordinate opportunities and scopes of work.
• Provide crew capacity and service area information to secure ongoing engagements.
