Aire Serv, Mr. Rooter and Dryer Vent Wizard are seeking a skilled HVAC Solution Specialist to diagnose, explain, and implement comfort solutions for homeowners. A branded company vehicle, fuel card, and proper equipment support field technicians in delivering top-quality service.

Ideal candidates have hands-on HVAC experience and are self-motivated “people persons” who build trust with customers while meeting safety codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Proficient with smartphones, iPads, and email; Service Titan is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and navigate tight spaces (crawlspaces/attics).

Responsibilities

• Perform precision diagnostics and explain the ‘why’ to homeowners while proposing solutions, upgrades, or replacements.
• Build lasting rapport with homeowners and turn service calls into long-term relationships.
• Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure long-term home integrity and prevent future issues.
• Uphold professional standards, maintain a sharp image, and keep a clean workspace and vehicle.
