Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components for HVAC systems as called in by Installers.
• Operate machinery and tools such as shears, brakes, rollers and tow motor, with 3-5 years of experience, safely.
• Operate machinery and tools with precision to ensure high-quality production.
• Accurately measure and mark lines to cut and bend metal to precise measurements and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, ensuring the completed product meets quality standards.
• Assist in warehouse tasks as assigned including shipping/receiving, using tow motor, keeping shop area clean and other tasks as assigned.
• Ability to work well alone or with a team.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time.
