ABC Home & Commercial Services is hiring an HVAC Service Technician in Texas, serving Austin and surrounding areas. The company guarantees 40+ hours weekly and offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience. First-year potential ranges from $70k to $150k depending on performance.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 3+ years of residential HVAC experience, TDLR registration, and EPA universal certification. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC maintenance and service experience.
• Current TDLR registration and EPA universal certification required.
• Must know and understand all applicable federal, state, and local codes and safety measures.

Responsabilités

• Carry out full AC & Heating installation skills including removal/installation of equipment, duct repair, soldering, venting, refrigerant handling, and system charging.
• Diagnose issues in AC & Heating systems and make recommendations.
• Coordinate with inspectors, suppliers, and coworkers to ensure correct project work while following codes.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRs and customers to ensure alignment during service repairs or replacements.
• Work with and train any helpers assigned to the job.
