You will diagnose issues, perform routine and emergency repairs, and explain problems and solutions to customers while adhering to safety standards. The role emphasizes strong customer service and documentation of work performed.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably residential markets.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills for resolving complex HVAC issues.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Prioritizes exceptional customer service and effectively addresses diverse client needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems in residential/commercial settings.
• Diagnose and perform service work on HVAC systems for optimal performance.
• Provide expert HVAC solutions and professional recommendations to customers.
