Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Miami is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role offers year-round, full-time work and uncapped earning potential.

The technician will diagnose problems, perform maintenance, and educate homeowners on options, building trust and providing informed recommendations for repairs, upgrades, and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service and repair experience
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and ability to build trust with homeowners
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain issues and options
• Comfort with sales and presenting service options without high-pressure tactics
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system-related services
• Provide customers with a professional, high-quality experience on every call
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
• Clearly explain system findings and help customers understand their options
• Present repair, replacement, upgrade, and system improvements based on customer needs
• Educate homeowners on available solutions to make informed decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, energy efficiency, IAQ, and system performance
• Discuss repair vs replacement options when appropriate
• Be comfortable with sales and present solutions without high-pressure tactics
• Follow up on customer questions and ensure understanding of work
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Maintain clean and organized tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas
• Represent One Hour brand with professionalism, honesty, and integrity
