Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and preventive maintenance.
• EPA Type II Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong consultative sales mindset to present options on service calls.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly without high-pressure sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections, tune-ups on residential HVAC systems (3-4 calls per day).
• Identify aging components and offer repair, IAQ, or upgrade options to homeowners.
• Educate customers on system health, repairs vs. replacements, and Club Memberships.
• Communicate findings clearly in plain language; avoid high-pressure tactics.
• Maintain digital documentation of diagnostics and recommendations in ServiceTitan.
• Manage inventory, keep truck stocked, and operate company vehicles safely.
