Job summary

Strada Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to test and troubleshoot AC systems, diagnose malfunctions, and ensure safety and code compliance. You will work with testing devices, read schematics, and participate in installations and preventive maintenance.

The role requires EPA 608 certification, 3–5 years of related experience, and the ability to lift and perform physical work. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Degree or Trades School certification in related field.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• EPA 608 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot HVAC systems and electrical circuits using testing devices.
• Work from ladders, roofs, and high access locations.
• Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems and locate the cause of breakdowns.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Inspect electrical systems for hazards and ensure code compliance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Install and modify mechanical systems including piping for cooling systems.
• Ensure safety and energy efficiency in all HVAC operations.
