Qualifications

• Experience in residential HVAC service and installation.
• Familiarity with Service Titan and inventory control systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication with customers and the office team.
• Clean professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver World-Class Service: Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance: Consult with clients regarding heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans: Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.
