About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll install, service, and repair heating and cooling systems in both residential and commercial settings.

You bring hands‑on experience as an HVAC service technician, hold an EPA certification, and take pride in a job well done. Whether working independently or alongside a team, your positive attitude and commitment to efficiency set you apart.

What You’ll Do

• Service and repair HVAC systems to maximize performance and efficiency (filter changes, duct cleaning, refrigerant refills, etc.)
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and communication
• Test pipe or tubing joints for leaks using gauges or soap-and-water solution
• Diagnose electrical circuits or components using test equipment
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or wiring as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician (or equivalent training)
• Valid Driver’s License
• EPA Certification
• Knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and lift up to 40 lbs
