Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 year HVAC degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license and required certifications.
• Ability to read safety policies and work orders, and communicate status.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance and document work orders and service reports.
• Submit timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Obtain necessary materials and maintain client satisfaction through clear communication.
• Travel locally between properties and uphold safety standards.
