Job summary

Bullman Heating & Air is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems for homeowners in the Asheville area. You will troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps; perform preventive maintenance; and ensure safe, efficient system performance.

You will communicate clearly with customers, explain findings and options, and document all work.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required or preferred for handling refrigerants.
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential heating, cooling, and IAQ systems.
• Strong communication with customers and documentation of work.

Responsibilities
