Qualifications

• 2 years of HVAC experience, service preferred.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus!
• Strong critical thinking skills necessary to adjust to the demands of the job.
• Ability to obtain Chauffeur's license and DOT Card, we can help with these!
• Safety is always on your mind.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
• System Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating, ventilation, and cooling systems and repair components.
• Customer Service: Communicate with homeowners to explain problems and provide estimates and guidance.
• Upgrades: Inspect current HVAC setup to assess age and efficiency and consider upgrades.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure equipment and work meet safety standards and building codes.
• Additional Customer Service: Communicate with homeowners to understand needs and provide answers and quotes.
