Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to perform service, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.

You will diagnose issues, perform routine and emergency repairs, and communicate clearly with customers about problems and solutions while upholding safety standards and documentation of service performed.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably with residential markets.
• North Carolina State License (H3-I or H3-II) required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems in residential/commercial settings.
• Diagnose system issues and perform routine and emergency repairs.
• Explain problems and solutions to customers; maintain safety standards and records.
