Aire Serv is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Florida to join our growing team. You’ll handle service, maintenance, and installation, helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round.

You’ll perform diagnostic work, repairs, tune-ups, and customer education, delivering top-notch service while using a branded vehicle, paid training, and ongoing development opportunities to advance your career.

Qualifications

• At least 3 yrs of residential HVAC service and installation experience.
• Knowledge of ductwork, airflow, and static pressure.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and carry tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Performing maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Completing HVAC equipment and accessory installations.
• Educating customers on repairs, upgrades, and IAQ.
• Delivering a professional, 5-star customer experience.
• Communicating clearly with customers and the office team.
