Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is a Leading International construction and facility maintenance company with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada. We have a strong in-house group of field technicians and support from top managers.

We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service equipment on assigned projects, diagnose and repair systems, and perform preventive maintenance while keeping meticulous service records and coordinating on-site work.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing HVAC units and diagnosing repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret product specifications and engineering drawings.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service HVAC products and equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and repair units using hand-tools per blueprints or specs.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested.
• Prepare for on-site installation by assessing layout and coordinating work.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment records and ensure timely paperwork.
