Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma.
• At least 2 years of overall professional experience as a Service Technician or similar role within a HVAC related field.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Replace faulty thermostats, wiring, and controls.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components or wiring.
• Install and test thermostats to minimize energy usage.
• Provide maintenance and diagnostic services on residential HVAC systems.
• Arrive at jobsite on time and follow dispatch instructions.
• Communicate with customers and collect payments as directed.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
