Coolray is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems across the Atlanta area, delivering outstanding customer service. You'll join a growing team with offer of performance-based pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC system issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Perform comprehensive system evaluations to identify root causes of equipment issues.
• Service and maintain air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, indoor air quality systems, thermostats and controls.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
• Present repair options and recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners.
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance requirements, and energy-saving opportunities.
• Promote and explain the benefits of the CoolCare Maintenance Agreement.
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, reliability, and indoor air quality.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Accurately document service findings, completed work, and recommendations using company software platforms.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Ensure all work is completed according to local, state, and national codes.

What Will I Do?

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Perform comprehensive system evaluations to identify root causes of equipment issues
• Service and maintain:
  • Air conditioners
  • Furnaces
  • Heat pumps
  • Indoor air quality systems
  • Thermostats and controls
  • Related HVAC components
• Utilize diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively
• Present repair options and recommendations clearly and professionally to homeowners

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver HVAC equipment and materials
