Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service equipment on customer sites across the U.S. and Canada. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems per blueprints and specifications, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate on-site work with customers and operations teams.

Travel is involved, including some overnight stays, and overtime may be required. Strong communication and a commitment to quality service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing products and equipment on projects with customer satisfaction focus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair systems per engineering specs.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work overtime weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose, analyze, and repair systems at customer locations using blueprints or specs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, and replacements as requested.
• Prepare for on-site installation by assessing layout and needed materials.
• Maintain vehicle records and perform on-site cleanups and checks.
• Document work, time, progress, and costs; serve as direct customer contact.
• Source parts for repairs and track needed timelines; submit all paperwork promptly.
• Stay current with product installation, operation, maintenance, and repair knowledge.
• Provide technical support to customers; flexibility for overtime and overnight travel.
