Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification.
• Own basic tools, gauges, and meters.

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Educate customers and set clear expectations with top-tier service.
• Meet revenue goals by identifying sales opportunities and providing quotes.
• Coordinate with dispatch, parts, and installation teams.
