Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and accurately, with clear explanations.
• Manage stress and difficult customer situations professionally.
• Operate company vehicles following all laws; maintain vehicle cleanliness and routine maintenance.
• Follow safety instructions with no tolerance for violations.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment as needed.
• Perform maintenance, installation, and repair of HVAC equipment and wiring systems.
• Document diagnostics and repairs via company iPad with accurate customer equipment details.
• Provide maintenance options and recommendations to clients.
